Governor Mike DeWine is announcing another round of funding to boost local law enforcement. Twenty-five agencies across the state are sharing nearly ten-million dollars in Violent Crime Reduction grants.
Police departments in Bucyrus, Chillicothe, and Richwood, and the Morrow County Sheriff's Office, are being supported in this phase of the effort.
The grants are funded with American Rescue Plan dollars, and have gone to more than 69 agencies through four rounds of distributions so far.
