Authorities in Scioto County are investigating a fatal hit-skip pedestrian crash. According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, a pedestrian was struck by a pick-up truck while outside of his vehicle near his home on Millers Run-Fallen Timber Road on Wednesday afternoon. Authorities say the driver fled and the victim later died.
