Circleville Council's Long Range Strategic Planning Committee will meet in special session 7:30 tonight, July 9th.
The will hear economic development incentives from Ryan Scribner, executive director of the Pickaway Progress Partnership.
They will also review a proposed ordinance for a community reinvestment area with the Circleville Hampton Inn.
