The Ross County Senior Center now has applications available for the Home Energy Assistance Program at all of their Congregate Meal sites located in Ross County.
They also have employees available at the Senior Center to assist in completing an application. The HEAP program, as it’s commonly known, helps low income residents stay cool during the summer months by providing financial assistance with energy costs.
