If LeBron Goes West The Playoff Format Will Change

We all love conspiracy theories, and Dan Beyer has a doozy for you!  On Saturday, NBA Commissioner Adam Silver said that he and other league officials are considering changing the NBA Playoff format from two separate conference to a Top 16-team playoff seeding.  Over the last few years, there have been rumblings as to whether the NBA would alter the playoffs to help create more competition for the top seeded teams to create parity in the league.

Dan Beyer believes the Adam Silver has a bigger goal in mind.  Dan suggests that the Commissioner is mulling this option in preparation for LeBron James possibly signing with a team out West.  Mike Harmon agrees, saying Adam Silver is a progressive owner, always thinks of the future, and Dan's conspiracy theory might just hold weight.  You can listen to Dan & Mike's conspiracy above.
