A Londonderry man has been indicted by the Ross County Grand Jury for interfering in a high school basketball game and assaulting two officers in early December.
According to the Ross County Prosecutorās Office, 19-year-old Aarick E. Hill, of Londonderry, is alleged to have wandered out onto the court during the game, disrupting both players and fans, in a boyās high school basketball game between the Unioto Shermans and the Zane Trace Pioneers at Unioto High School on December 10th.
The Prosecutorās Office says two Ross County Sheriffās Deputies attempted to remove Hill from the building, and he's reported to have fought with them, assaulting them in the process.
Hill faces two fourth-degree felony counts of assault following Fridayās Grand Jury session. If convicted, he faces anywhere from 6 to 18 months along with a $5-thousand fine.
