Chillicothe council meets in regular session at 7 Monday night with a couple meetings before then.
Starting at 6:30, the Finance Committee will consider a tax levy and approving $40,000 in tax refunds.
Then the Engineering Committee will consider Ohio Public Works grants. Dave Tatman has returned as engineering chair, to replace Devon Shoemaker who resigned from council because of a new job.
Council session are available on Facebook Live. The public is welcome, but there are protocols to wear masks and social distance according to public health recommendations.
