The Chillicothe Police Department is attempting to locate 62-year-old Linda Roach, who was last seen on November 10th of this year, in the Fourth Street area of Chillicothe.
Roach does not have a vehicle or a phone, and has been entered into the LAEADS/NCIC system as a missing person. Detectives have an open case and are continually following leads in the investigation.
