Do You Have the Number 1 Dog in Ross County?

The fifth annual "Number 1 Dog in Ross County" essay contest is on.

It's open to all Ross County 4th graders and is intended to raise public awareness of dog licensing requirements.  It is also a fun way to recognize talented young people and their parents and teachers.

The student's family must own the dog, and essays are due November 10th.  Learn more on Ross County Auditor Ton Spetnagel's Facebook page

The awards presentation is usually at the school, with the winning student and dog.
