Those who have old, unwanted American flags can exchange them for new ones at Tomlinson Insurance (90 W. Main Street). Andy Tomlinson said they will accept the flags from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday through June 14th.
"People died to protect our stars and stripes," said Tomlinson, "and the more flags we see flying in our town and surrounding Ohio communities, the more meaningful their sacrifices become."
Tomlinson will be taking the unwanted flags to the Elks for proper disposal on Flag Day.
