160 Cristian Collins won by fall 2:50 over Brandon Henderson Indian Lake

195 Tom Dunn lost by fall to Gable Smith McClain

285 Tyler Howard lost by fall to Charles Broderick Bellbrook

At 138 Caleb Price lost to former State Runner up Preston Bowshier Kenton Ridge by fall.

At 145 Jacob Price lost to Tyler Wiederholt Bellbrook by decision 6-3

At 160 Cristian Collins lost to Benjamin Schramm Bellbrook by fall. Schramm is predicted to place top 2 at state this season.

195 Tom Dunn lost to Ryan Fulman Western Brown. Dunn was up 5-0 after one period before getting caught and pinned.

285 Tyler Howard won by fall :24 over Brandon Eschenbrenner of Tallawanda to extend his senior season one more day. 

“We knew our quarterfinal draws were tough” said Cavs Coach Mike Peck. “However the consolation draws (Saturday) are promising. If all the guys wrestle at their highest level they should be in their matches to qualify for state. It will take 3 straight wins, but we’re confident in them to accomplish this task.”
