Seven Cavaliers made the AP All-Ohio Football Teams this week.

Named 2nd Team Punter, Ryan Mathis, 3rd Team Lineback, Tyler Kelley and five Cavs landed Special Mention All-Ohio, Josh Leonard, Markel Cain, Devin Zehner, Caleb Price and Nate Rosenbauer.

At the Cavs Football banquet Wednesday, Team Awards were presented to:

Nate Rosenbauer - Offensive Back of the Year
Austin Mathis - Offensive Lineman of the Year
Michael Beard and Steve Bayless - Co-Defensive Backs of the Year
Caylib Holt - Defensive Lineman of the Year
Tyler Kelley and Devin Zehner - Co-Linebackers of the Year
Tyler Howard, Ryan Mathis and Carl Harris, Jr. - Special Teams Players of the Year

Receiving the most Head Hunter stickers (60 apiece) Ryan Mathis and Julius Lee.

The Cavs 2014 Football Schedule look similar to 2013, however Walnut Ridge replaces Big Walnut for a one year contract. Coach Ron hinton explained the 2015 schedule willl begin a long contract with the Jackson Ironmen. Wilmington begins play in the SCOL next season filling the Week 10 vacancy held by Portsmouth last month.
