Looking to fill its void for Boys Head Basketball Coach, Chillicothe has two former Tigers as finalists.

Following final interviews, either Tom Bremer and Eric Huffer will be recommended for hire at a special Chillicothe City School Board Meeting Wednesday at 5:00pm in the Western Administration Building.

Bremer resides in New Lexington, and is currently the Boys Head Coach at Miller High School in Corning, Ohio, a position he's held since 2010. He also spent five seasons in the Amanda Clearcreek basketball program. Bremer is a 1997 graduate of Circleville High School.

Huffer is a 2000 graduate of McClain High School, where he played for coaching legend Rick Van Matre. Since graduating from Cedarville College, Huffer has been the Assistant Varsity and Junior Varsity Head Coach at Oklahoma Weslyan University in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Huffer coached in the McClain system before leaving before heading west in 2009.

Chillicothe's Boys Basketball vacancy occured when Drew Meister resigned following one season at the helm of the Cavaliers.
