A warming center is at the Ross County Service Center today, located at 475 Western Avenue. Any residents without power or heat can go there to warm up, charge cell phones, and have a hot beverage.
The Ross County Commissioners are operating it in conjunction with the Ross County E.M.A.
The center will be open from noon to 5pm Friday.
