Chillicothe Council President Bruce Arnold reports that online difficulties Monday evening resulted in canceling the council committee meetings.
He said that several attempts of trying to connect the ZOOM meeting to Facebook Live proved unsuccessful, and that there had been some reports of ZOOM problems that day.
He says he will give updates as he finds answers.
