The Chillicothe Board of Zoning Appeals will meet 4:30 March 23rd in the Lion’s Shelter in Yoctangee Park.
The agenda includes appeals from:
- Ross County Animal Care Center at 95 North Mulberry Street for maximum allowable signage
- Workman Property Holdings at 72 West Second Street for required parking spaces
- Grandpa Joe’s Candy Shop at 82 North Paint Street for maximum allowable size, height of signage, and projection from the wall
- and the Chillicothe Athletic Center at 1245 Western Avenue for maximum allowable size for an off-premise sign and signage setbacks.
