There's a new salon and barber shop opening near downtown Chillicothe, and the Chillicothe Ross County Chamber of Commerce will hold the ribbon cutting at 2:00 today.
The FamLee Salon and Barbershop is located at 249 S. Paint Street, between seventh and eighth streets. They'll be holding a drawing at the ceremony to win a gift basket and gift certificates.
