The Ross County NAACP has announced the recipients of their 2019-2020 Robert J. Robinson Sr. Scholarship Award.
Two awards of $1,000 Scholarships will go to Tre’ Beard of Chillicothe High School, who will attend Heidelberg University, and the other to Vincent Roper Jr. of Chillicothe High School, who will attend Wittenberg University.
Beard and Roper will both be pursing degrees in Business Management.
