Chillicothe Council meets in regular session tonight at 7:30, with an agenda of seven items.
They include repealing a city prohibition against begging, since the Supreme Court has declared it as unconstitutional.
There's also an appropriation of $1.7 million for bringing forward purchase orders and other accounts from 2018.
