The Foothill Folk Society is hosting "Foothill Folk Open Mic" on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays at the "17 East" restaurant beginning October 4th.
They'll be acoustic only, with no full drum kits. Signups are at 6:30 and the event is from 7 to 9:30.
The Foothill Folk Society is also hosting a "BennyFit" November 24th at the Pump House. This is a benefit for and tribute to their friend Benny Cydrus, with all donations going to the Cydrus family.
