It appears the Ross County Health District is seeking a new health commissioner due to retirement. A job posting for a part-time health commissioner/medical director was recently posted to the South Central Ohio Job Bank Web site. The health commissioner's role is to serve as the chief executive officer of the board of health.
The post is currently held by Dr. Donald Berling.
