Chillicothe-Ross County Public Library's Debbie Nunziato introduced listeners to James Hill, the new director of the library.
Hill says the CRCPL has followed suit with many other libraries that have removed the library fines that have been around for years.
Hill explains why they made the change locally. It's also National Library Week and soon, it's the annual library book sale.
