(Philadelphia, PA) -- A young lung transplant patient is home in Pennsylvania after two surgeries. Sarah Murnaghan received national attention for her fight to get those transplants to treat her cystic fibrosis. The surgeries were part of a legal battle which was launched because she was originally denied due to being under the age of 12 which is required under federal rules. She received her first transplant in mid-June, but she had complications and needed a second one several days later. Then she caught pneumonia, but she's past that now.
