Drug search warrants served at Chillicothe homes early this week have yielded a pair of arrests.

Chillicothe Police say the first warrant was served at the rear apartment of 631 East Main Street on Monday at 2:30pm. Detectives say they found drug paraphernalia and drug abuse evidence inside, and the resident, 56-year-old Robert Chumley, was arrested for possession of drug abuse instruments.

A second warrant was served on Tuesday at 2pm at 333 East Main Street, where police say drug paraphernalia and evidence of drug abuse were found. As a result, the resident, 49-year-old Maria Jewett, was arrested and charged with possession of drug abuse instruments.
