It's never too late to accomplish a dream or goal in life, as was recently witnessed by 81-year-old Bert Magill.

Magill, who started college at the age of 36 after raising a family, wrote a children's story as a college assignment. That assignment has become a published book 42-years later, entitled "Billy's Adventure".

Bert says she always wanted to get the book published, but never did anything about it, until she heard an interview with author/publisher Robin Petty earlier this year on our radio station.

Bert says her story was inspired by an idea her late son Brett gave her for that college assignment many years ago.

Magill will conduct a book signing at "Ivy's" in downtown Chillicothe December 22nd from noon-4pm. The book is also available on line at Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
