Chillicothe's chief of police was set to offer his explanation as to why he shouldn't be suspended from the force in a pre-disciplinary hearing, Friday, which has been postponed until Monday. Chief Roger Moore is accused of behaving badly in at least eight incidents in the last two years.
The violations include confrontations with both citizens and other public officials.
He's also refused to apologize to the Ross County Sheriff's Office and the Chillicothe School Superintendent for alleged "unprofessional conduct."
Chief Moore's attorney requested the rescheduling by one business day to allow Moore "a reasonable opportunity to respond."
